THE breakfast buffet HAS amazing options. The staff WAS very nice at check-in. It's REALLY close to the airport.

hot room unreliable shuttle
The room was clean. Breakfast was good too
The AC didn't work properly! It was preset and I couldn't adjust it, leaving the room too hot at night. Also the promised airport shuttle was unreliable. I waited a long time and eventually had to pay for a taxi.

conflicting pool times closed lounge
I found several things frustrating. The pool's opening times seemed inconsistent. Different staff members gave me conflicting information. Also the rooftop lounge was closed entirely which was disappointing. Finally the lack of clear communication regarding these amenities was irritating
